Energetic spinal alignment

Back pain is usually closely related to emotional issues and your current life situation. We have learned to ‘make ourselves small’ and not accept our true ‘greatness’, often in situations where protection from external threats seemed necessary. The causes at the energetic level can be resolved, initiating a healing process and supporting the body’s self-regulation. On an emotional and mental level, this energetic alignment can contribute to taking on more (self-)responsibility, greater stability and standing up for one’s own truth.

Bioenergetic vitalisation

Bioenergetic vitalisation restores balance to the energy system and brings the body, mind and soul into harmony. The harmonising treatment has a multi-layered effect on different levels: it restores the body’s self-regulation and stimulates the immune system. In addition, many people feel more balanced, calmer, more connected to themselves and less exhausted afterwards. The treatment can contribute to a significant improvement in general well-being, especially in cases of general exhaustion, incipient infections and low mood.

Remote treatments

Some energy treatments can also be carried out over a distance. The preliminary consultation takes place by telephone or video, as does a short debriefing. This form of treatment has proven beneficial in many cases, particularly for supporting the immune system, e.g. in cases of acute infectious diseases. At regular intervals, I offer group treatments on specific topics such as strengthening self-healing powers, cleansing the energy system or providing support for general states of exhaustion.
